Brilliant Customer service

I needed an awning which was not yet in stock (anywhere); this is where Onyx excelled above others. They answered queries very quickly, chased delivery times of the product, facilitated direct and swift delivery and came through within the time lines they had set. Not had customer service or communication this good for a long time and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again, or recommending to others (in fact I have recommended to others). Good work team….
