The best customer service ever from Onyx getting us our awning next day for a great price!
The awning is lovely, but one of the worst set of instructions ever, it was soo difficult to put up and we still can’t get one of the poles to line up properly, despite looking at videos aswell!
The zip at one of the “doors” is a bit fiddly and lacking in a door shape, but it is to be a flexible space.
Overall it is a fab awning, just my two niggles mark it down to 4stars, as I am not looking forward to when we have to take it down and re-build it!
