The two-part legs feature a simple screw-in fitting and offer two cooking heights — approximately 93cm and 70cm — so you can set up exactly how you like to work. A dome lid with a stay-cool handle and built-in thermometer hooks neatly onto the side of the unit when not in use, doubling as a windshield, while the handy side shelf keeps your tools, seasonings, and condiments within easy reach.
Cook with confidence on the 39cm ceramic GreenGrill coated BBQ grid, which heats up quickly, distributes heat evenly, and wipes clean with ease — perfect for achieving those professional sear marks on steaks and griddled vegetables. Also included is a 36cm Paella Pan, ideal for paellas, curries, chillies, or a hearty breakfast fry-up.
As part of the Series 40 modular range, this unit is fully compatible with other Series 40 cooking surfaces, so you can easily switch things up and cook a pizza, stir-fry, or full paella feast on the same base.
The enamelled fat pan includes flame 'peep' holes for easy monitoring and lifts out effortlessly for cleaning. When your cooking session's done, the whole unit folds down neatly into its durable carry bag, with secure straps keeping the two-part legs in place for easy transport and storage.
Your Gas Supply
The Carri Chef 40 BBQ Paella Pan QR runs on either Butane or Propane gas, regulating between 28-30mBar (Butane) and 37mBar (Propane).
Please note: a regulator and hose are not included with this barbecue. Because our units can run from a variety of gas sources, no single regulator suits every setup — so these are sold separately, allowing you to choose the right one for your specific gas supply.
